03 / Engineering & Transparency
From requirement to handover. Nothing hidden.
The same seven steps on every project, backed by clear information and fair ownership. No step is skipped because a deadline is tight — and you always understand what you own.
How we work
Seven steps. Every project.
- 01
Site assessment
We study your drawings or visit the site to understand the shaft, pit, headroom, structure and power.
- 02
Engineering & configuration
Elevator type, capacity, speed, drive, doors and safety provisions selected for your building.
- 03
Transparent quotation
A clear scope, specification, timeline and price — with safety provisions confirmed in writing.
- 04
Professional installation
Carried out by the Rudrax installation team under on-site supervision.
- 05
Testing & commissioning
Every function and safety circuit tested and adjusted. Never a rushed sign-off.
- 06
Documentation & handover
You receive the installation and commissioning records and a walkthrough of your system.
- 07
Service support
Preventive maintenance, AMC and breakdown support — from us or a qualified provider of your choice.
Transparency
Clear information. Fair ownership. Safety intact.
Transparency means you understand what you own. With Rudrax you receive:
- 01
Clear specifications
- 02
System documentation
- 03
Installation records
- 04
A defined scope
- 05
Clear service terms
- 06
Honest recommendations
- 07
No restrictions designed to create dependency
Service freedom
Your elevator. Your choice of qualified service.
Where technically and legally appropriate, you may engage qualified professionals to maintain your elevator. AMC is never a condition of buying from us.
Safety-critical work must always be done by trained, qualified professionals.
Service freedom does not mean
- Removing safety locks
- Bypassing safety circuits
- Open access to safety-critical systems
- Untrained people working on the lift
- Running the elevator without required maintenance
Transparency is not access to unsafe systems. It is understanding what you own.
Planning an elevator? Start with the site, not the price list.
Send us your drawings or shaft dimensions and we will tell you what actually fits — and what it will genuinely cost to do properly.
