04 / Installation & Engineering
Professional installation makes the difference.
An elevator is not a finished product that arrives in a crate. It becomes a working system only after it is aligned, wired, configured, adjusted, tested and commissioned inside your building — so we do that work ourselves.
Decided on site
What we verify under your building's actual conditions.
- 01
Guide rail alignment
Rails plumbed and aligned along the full travel — the foundation of ride comfort.
- 02
Doors
Landing and car doors adjusted for smooth, quiet, reliable operation and correct interlocking.
- 03
Levelling
Accurate stopping at every floor, verified under real load.
- 04
Wiring
Neat, labelled, protected wiring that the next engineer can actually follow.
- 05
Controller configuration
Parameters set for your building's traffic, travel and drive.
- 06
Safety circuits
Every safety circuit tested and verified — never bypassed.
- 07
Ride quality
Vibration, noise and acceleration tuned before handover.
How we install

Records, not reassurances.
- Our own named installation team — never outsourced
- Supervision on site, not on a phone call
- The same structured checks on every project
- Full testing and commissioning before handover
- Documented records handed to you
Installation takes a minimum of 45 working days from site readiness, depending on configuration, floors, and shaft and power readiness.
Installation Quality Check-Book
Your elevator's technical history starts on day one.
When a new engineer takes over an elevator, they usually start by guessing — and you pay for that guessing. On applicable projects we record every installation and commissioning decision in an Installation Quality Check-Book.
You receive a copy. It stays with the building.
- 01Installation checks
- 02Alignment & adjustments
- 03Door checks
- 04Safety verification
- 05Commissioning observations
- 06Handover information

You should own the elevator — and the knowledge of how it was installed.
The quality of an elevator is experienced at the site, not in a catalogue.
Planning an elevator? Start with the site, not the price list.
Send us your drawings or shaft dimensions and we will tell you what actually fits — and what it will genuinely cost to do properly.
